Renting from us is easy
We understand the rental process can sometimes be stressful - which is why we strive to provide our customers with an easy solution. Just follow the three simple steps below and you'll be all set!
START YOUR RESERVATION!
At the start of your reservation - you will be asked if you are a New or Returning customer. If you are new, you'll be prompted to register with us either us an individual or an organization. You'll only have to do this for your first reservation. If you are returning, you will skip straight to your reservation (Step 3.)
INSURANCE EXEMPTION STATUS
When you register with us through the reservation form you'll also be applying for Insurance Exempt Status and if accepted, you won't need insurance on orders with a replacement value of $10,000 or less. Things happen and we want to protect all parties from any accidents so insurance is always required if you are not insurance exempt or if your order is above $10,000 in replacement value.
LAY DOWN THAT RESERVATION!
If you are a returning customer you can cut straight to the chase and place a reservation request for equipment. If you are new, you'll be prompted to do this step after you have finished registering. After you have finished with your submission, a rental technician will contact you ASAP with a confirmation and quote - as well as confirmation of your insurance exempt status if you are new.
